The 4 Seasons Outdoor point of sale will review your question and contact us where necessary. In order to make this process optimal, we cannot therefore deal with service questions directly and would like to ask you to follow the correct route and contact one of our points of sale.

Find your nearest sales point through our handy map. Unfortunately, we can't tell you where to find specific collections because a collection can be sold out: contact a point of sale for current supplies.
All our cushions have a cover of Olefin or Sunbrella fabrics: this material can withstand the weather for a long time. Our cushions are not completely waterproof, so after a heavy rain, it can take some time for the cushions fillings to dry. The weather resistant cushions are resistant to UV rays, rain/snow and temperature differences: bird droppings, (rotting) leaves and other influences not caused by the weather can have a nasty effect on your garden cushions. You can wash them regularly by hand or washing machine if the covers are removeable.
We offer a warranty on our garden furniture of at least 5 years and up to 10 years warranty on Hularo wicker. More information can be found per collection, or inquire at your point of sale if you are claiming a warranty.
We have our own repair department. In spring (approximately from March) garden furniture will be used again and more repairs will be notified. During the season it can sometimes take up to 6 to 8 weeks for a repair to be done, in the off-season a repair is often done within 2-4 weeks. In a lot of cases we are depending on the stock of spare parts as well. Inform your point of sale what the expected repair time is.
